Can not move the mouse cursor Jul 28, 2022 By Wolff Metternich Hi, I have an issue with the mouse cursor in a storyline-screencast. I want to move the cursor to another spot at the slide - but I can not move it. In other slides in this screencast, it is possible to move the cursor. What could be the reason for this strange behaviour? Thanks for your support Martin

Let me ask you a few questions to help narrow down the issue: On the slides where you can't move the cursor, is the Mouse Cursor item showing on the timeline? See below: Which mode are you using for the Screen recording (Try mode, Test Mode, View Mode)? Can you share the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can investigate what's happening?
