Fit to Window is off

Hello,

I apologize if this is not the correct place to ask for help. Please let me know if it isn't, and I can head over there.

I recently clicked 'fit to window' and noticed it's offset (picture 1 and 2). It wasn't before (picture 3).

How do I get my slide size or 'fit to window' to get back to taking in the whole slide size (picture 3)?

Thank you!

Colin

  • I see the background, which I cannot move, is larger than the slide size. I'm unsure how to change the background-size to match the slide size.

Hi, in Picture 2 you are set to 105% zoom, in the recent picture you are set to 66% zoom. Can either change it from the "View" tab in the Ribbon and click "Zoom" or hold down Ctrl and scroll your mouse wheel up and down. The further zoomed out you are you cannot move the slide around, have to be zoomed in further for you to move the slide around.

  • In the above picture, I used the record feature. The content is outside the ruler. I'm unable to move the content and changing the slide size results in the content still falling outside the ruler. When I publish, the viewer only see's what's inside the ruler.
