Can not upload to replace a video
I've been trying to change/edit an existing video. The upload process goes through to about 100% and then stops. Refreshing or changing the video type makes no difference. I've tried the suggestio...

Can I ask if you've tried uploading a different video to test if the issue you're experiencing is isolated to a single video file? Here's what I recommend:
- If you're having trouble uploading any type of video, please ask your network admin to add all the endpoints listed in this article to your organization's allow list.
- If only one video is affected, try using tools like Handbrake to re-encode them using a video profile. Here's a video on how to use Handbrake for this task.
