Can Rise be purchased separately?
Thanks, Christian. That's helpful! If you're using Rise, have you also looked at publishing to Review? That is a great way to allow SMEs to make comments on the course as they interact with it, and it'll create a screen capture of what they see when the comment is submitted.
Also, if you're using a 360 Teams account, you could look at adding your SMEs to a seat and inviting them to collaborate on a Rise course to make edits.
I would agree with Christian to have separate licenses for Rise. Our learning department is very dynamic. We have designers and learning leaders. The designers make the content but our leader leaders do want the ability to go in and edit the content we create, mainly wording.we do use review a lot but it slows the process when I'm creating/ editing several courses. It is more valuable for the courses for me to spend my time making highly engaging content that are inserted into the course via storyline(games and interactive pieces).
The courses I'm currently working on require many updates because we are mimicking processes and systems that our IT department are working on. So to save me time and keep up it would be helpful if the leader leaders had access to change the rise course on the fly while continue make the interactive pieces.
