Can text-to-audio be optional?

Hello! I would like to offer text-to-audio as an optional feature on my module, as some people do not like the robo-voice (and we don't have time or budget to cast actors) and some want to move through the slides more quickly. I do need to offer it, though, for accessibility.

After adding the text-to-audio to a slide, is there a way to just allow people to click on the speaker icon if they want to hear the narration?
