Can we restore data from cloud for storyline source files that have been lost from the system
We have a master license of Articulate 360 and under that, we have licenses for designers. So I created 10--12 storyline scenarios and uploaded them on Rise. But my laptop got formatted & updated so I lost all the data from the storyline.
So, is there any way I can get a backup of my source files? From the cloud or the master license. Please let me know if it can be resolved.
To anyone who reads this: there are two types of people in the computer world; those who make frequent backups in a safe place, and those who have not yet lost data to a computer. In all the world, either you have lost data, or you will. At least once an hour, ask yourself “If my computer destroys my data right now, will I be upset?” That’s the answer to “Should I make a backup?”
Personally, once an hour, I close SL completely, spend two minutes checking email, close email completely and restart SL. You cannot possibly imagine how much time and lost work that has saved me.
