Can we upgrade just one seat to AI?

I'm sorry to hear that—we'll take a look to see what might've happened there.
In the meantime, great question and we're thrilled you're interested in our AI offerings! When enabled, AI Assistant is available to all seats in the subscription. There currently isn't an option to turn it on or off for individual seats.
