Yes, the normal behavior would be for your Storyline 360 blocks to have full functionality when embedded in a Rise 360 course. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Is your course published as a video, or is it in LMS or web format?
- Can you replicate the behavior in a newly recorded set of "step-by-step" slides?
- Can you replicate the issue if you publish your Rise 360 course to Review 360?
