Can you change the color of Markers in Rise?
I selected Labeled Graphic an have inserted an image that has a lot of white in it. The markers are white. Can you change the color of a Marker? If so, how? I feel that if you could, it would be simple.
Thanks!

Hi everyone! In today's update for Rise 360, we added the ability to select your marker color! 🎉 I'm really excited about this one. Just go to the labeled graphic settings, and you'll see a field for marker color.
You can also check out the release notes here. Have a great day!

I also support that we have the ability to format the markers independently from the course theme configured colour. I would also love to see a 'visited' state for the marker.
cheers Gerry
Thanks for your input, folks! It's helpful for us to know how in-demand this feature is. 😊

I agree, too! I just consulted with a co-worker and we searched for options so the learners can see the markers better. I hope this feature request gets to the top of the list soon!

Another voice to the request please - I am dealing with software screenshots that are predominantly white and the markers are near invisible :(

I'm also looking to change the fill color on my markers. My background is primarily white and they are difficult to see even with the outline and the shadow. I see this question was initially posted two years ago. Has there been any movement on this topic?
Hey folks! Customizing marker color isn't on our immediate Rise 360 roadmap, but we're still tracking requests for it. Thanks for your input!

Hi: I think everyone would be happy with a solid fill colour so learners can see the marker - I am not worried about customizing. Changing to a solid colour should without a doubt be on the roadmap - should have already been addressed as it has been an issue since Rise was launched.

I agree with Brenda! Even if it can't be a custom colour, a solid and clearly visible marker should be a priority fix for Rise. The current are not creating a good user experience for learners.

Thanks Sarah. Yes, this is a very basic Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principle that should be incorporated into the design of the program. In looking through other posts, I believe darkening/changing the colour of markers has been a request for about 2 years? Darkening the markers should not be that difficult, but then again I am not a programmer.

My client just asked for the ability to create more contrast for these buttons as well. I really don't understand why after 2 years this basic feature has not been added. We need at least a light and dark option for these buttons depending on the background. Any progress on this issue?
