Can you change the image on an Articulate Rise 360 Template

Is it possible to change the graphic on the templates that are provided for Rise 360?

I'm trying to upload an image in RISE 360 and the page gave me this error: An unknown error occured.

Hi Sofia,

What file type are you using?

What is the size of the file?

Is the file name very long?

Are there any special characters in the file name?
