Cannot access Rise 360 since 3:07 pm EST

Is the site down? I have not been able to access Rise using my desktop app or online since 3:07 pm EST. I have projects to work on. I'm only 2/12 projects to complete. Keep getting the 504 Gateway Time-out msg. 

I've contacted a colleague and he is receiving the same error msg.

  • Same here - tried multiple browsers, clearing cache and cookies - only impacting the Rise site https://360.articulate.com/rise it appears.

    If i try to access Rise through the main articulate site after signing in it appears that it doesn't recognize that handshake and returns a "Hmmm..." screen that says to clear browser cache.

    My colleagues are reporting the same issue.

    I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue. 

    We’re pushing out a fix and will be monitoring it. We’ll continue to share updates on our status page, articulatestatus.com, and you can subscribe there to stay informed! Once we’re back up and running fully, we’ll also share an update within E-Learning Heroes as well.
