Cannot continue after 3 failed attempts with passing score required turned off.
I have set up a quiz that requires 3 attempts to pass but no passing score required as I want people to continue even if they failed 3 times. This does not work.
If a passing score required is turned off then way does it not continue? Surely if that is turned off then the Passing score value should be greyed out?

I'd like to also know once the learner makes the 3rd failed attempt, does it make TAKE AGAIN option unclickable?
