Cannot download photos and illustrations from Content Library360
Hello,
Does anyone have the similar experience? How to solve it?
Characters, icons and videos: no issue
Photos/illustrations: Some images are ok but some don't. An error message appears:

A helpful first step would be confirming that the network endpoints are enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist.
