That image indicates that you only have 1.04 GB free. The red bars are the amount used. Looks like you only have 163 GB total. You should look into adding some internal or external storage and uninstalling several applications from your C drive and then reinstalling them to your secondary drive.
You can probably clear up 25 GB by running disk cleanup in Windows (temp folder), but you still need more working space for Windows and other apps to run well.
