Cannot Open 360 Degree Image Editor
I was just about to report the same experience. I was trying to show a new developer how to incorporate 360 degree images into Storyline, and neither of us could actually enter one.

Downgrading to an August version of Storyline let us actually do our job. Might I gently suggest adding some 360 tasks to your test suite?
While I'm at it: why does Storyline now display the useless "configuring" dialog that lasts for several minutes when it starts up? The capture below is from an i7 13th Generation (Dell Precision 7680) laptop.
As a former software product manager, I'll tell you: this is something I would never, ever have let my devs get away with. Especially that weird clipping on the last line of text. And why is this a non-system dialog with the odd-looking Cancel button. What would Cancel do, anyway, cancel the launch of Storyline? Is that really something you meant to suggest to the user?
