Cannot publish to Word - Articulate Storyline 360

I searched and see this issue is something that others have dealt with, yet I cannot find a resolution that works. I can publish to LMS. I have checked the File Block Settings in Word. Articulate creates a folder, but with no content and no word document. Attaching a test-file created for troubleshooting.

    I'm happy to help! It looks like you've attached the published output folder. Instead, can you attach the .story file? You can also share it privately in a support case.
