Thank you. I can move through the answer options using the up and down arrows.
I am unable to tab to the scenario question or the page title though. Should I change the text box to a button so its interactive and is accessible using a keyboard?
You should only be able to tab to interactive objects. Text it self will be read by a screen reader without being tabbed to.
