Cannot upload video into Rise

Anyone else having issues adding videos in Rise courses?

On mine, the video file uploads and then gets stuck after the little circle gets to 100% and won't process.

Last time it happened it worked the next day but its still broken today.

I've logged it with support but am interested to know if its just me.
