Can't access link to download desktop apps with Free Trial?

Hi all, Just signed up for the free trial. I'm running a Mac with an Oracle VM/Windows 10. When I tried to access the link for desktop apps download instead of loading it would go in an endles...

Sorry to hear about the trouble downloading the Articulate desktop apps, and thanks for reporting this in a support case as well!
