Can't add a collaborator

Hi, I am trying to add a collaborator to a rise course. I go to share - and select collaborators, then enter an email and click on the 'invite' button. The text on the button changes to 'inviting' a...

Hi David. Just make sure your collaborator is on a 360 Teams subscription, as well (it can be any team). As long as they are, can you try refreshing your course and adding the collaborator?

    Thank you for your advice. The person I am trying to add apparently has an individual subscription, so I can't add them.
