Can't choose characters and can't change state of character

The first time you use a character, you have to download it. It will then be available to you for the next time you want to insert it.

Thank you for clarifying what you're experiencing!

When using photographic characters, you can change the poses, but not the emotions. So you need to create the different states with the poses you'd like to use before selecting them on the trigger wizard.
