Can't hear audio when I hit Play on the timeline
Hello, I'm working on a new Storyline file that I created. Everything was working fine until recently. Now, I can preview a slide and everything is fine. I can publish the course and everything is fine. But when I hit play on the timeline, I can't hear my audio. This makes it nearly impossible to sync my audio. There are currently 49 slides in the file, no video.

Hi Jordan. Thanks for those clues!
A quick question and troubleshooting step to dive in:
- What version of Windows are both computers running?
- Could I have you repair Storyline 360 on the affected machine to see if that helps? Here are the steps ⤶

I'm running Windows 10 on both computers. I also just tried running through the steps to repair SL360, but it didn't do anything. Should I go ahead and open a support ticket?

Yesterday, I could hear the audio when I played it on my timeline. Today, I can only hear it when I go to preview (same file I was using yesterday). I tried rebooting - same problem. I have Windows 10 Education installed.
Help please!

Hmm... I found a resolution, but still don't know why this issue occurred in the first place.
I had to re-insert the audio files in order to be able to hear them again.
