Can't import illustrations
When I try to search for an Illustration, I get a box of hazard icons. When I just click INSERT, SL360 crashes. Inserting a photo works.
I have taken the follow steps:
Restarting SL360
Rebooting Computer
Reinstalling SL360
Reinstalling Articulate 360
Is there something going on server side?

I'm sorry you're having an issue with loading illustrations from the content library! There currently aren't any issues with the content library being reported. This would definitely qualify as erratic behavior! Here is an article with a possible solution.
