Can't insert animated characters

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
You'll want to make sure that you're working locally when making any changes to your project file. If you're already working locally, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to address the behavior. Let me know if this works for you!
Thanks, that seems to have worked. I created a new file and inserted a character. It flashed the error but inserted the character. I then saved it to my local drive and was able to insert other characters.
