Can't preview entire project or scene

If you've already tested each slide, can you import your file into a new Storyline project and recheck the preview? 

Here are some steps to identify the source of the problem if importing into a new file does not correct the issue, and you already mentioned you could not preview the entire project:

• Can you preview individual scenes, or do you only have one?
• Can you preview each slide in the scene identified?
• When you identify specific slides, hide objects until you can locate the culprit. 

If you'd prefer to work directly with our team, please share your project file privately with our support engineers to investigate what's happening with your permission. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
