Hello Judy,

Thanks for reaching out and including the helpful screenshot! Happy to help troubleshoot with you, but first, I'd like to clarify the motions you're going through so I know I'm understanding:

  • Are you making the edits/changes within the published file then rezipping? Or are you making the edits/changes then republishing to LMS from Storyline? 

If you are republishing to an LMS from Storyline and getting these errors, try uploading the zipped file into SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same results.
