Can't publish to Word in Articulate Storyline 3
Hi. I'm trying to publish a course in Word. It goes through the process but then no document is produced in the end. It seems to happen too quickly....almost instantaneously but then no word docu...
Hi, Jeffrey. I'm sorry you're facing that problem!
What version of Word are you using? Microsoft Word 2010-2019 (32-bit or 64-bit) and Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only) are compatible with Storyline 3.
Also, can I confirm that you're working on a local hard drive and that the file name and path are under the 260-character limit imposed by Microsoft Windows?
If everything checks out with those angles, would you mind sharing your .story file for testing? You can send it to me privately by using this upload link. I'll have a closer look, and delete the file after troubleshooting!
