Can't sign in to Storyline

When I try and sign in to Storyline it sends to web browser as normal and I sign in but then nothing happens?

    I'm having the same problem. It sends me to the website and I sign in, but articulate 360 doesn't seem to get the message. How do I get into Storyline?

    Edit: I can open Storyline directly from the Windows Start menu, but I usually go through the Articulate 360 app, which isn't working.

    They resolved my issue. I'm posting it here to help others. I looked at all the other suggestions that were presented. This one worked.

    I made Chrome my browser and followed the steps. Once Storyline opened, I went back to Firefox and Storyline opened.

     

    1. Open the Articulate desktop app on your computer. You can use the Windows search bar to find it.

     

    1. Once opened, log out of the app.

     

    1. Open a different browser from your default browser.

     

    1. Set the new browser as default.

     

    1. Log into the Articulate 360 desktop app.

     

    1. Once logged in and Storyline is working, you can set the original browser back to default.
