Can't sign in to Storyline
When I try and sign in to Storyline it sends to web browser as normal and I sign in but then nothing happens?

Is there any progress on this issue? I tried the process Norma listed and was not successful.

Sorry to hear that you're still unable to sign in. If you've already tried the steps in this article, try clearing the cache of your Articulate 360 Desktop app to see if this helps. You'll want to make sure that you're using the latest version of the app for this.
