Can't Update Storyline 360 and File Says it's Corrupted

I have a file that is also corrupted.  It was created back in 2022 and I am unable to open it now.  Could someone help me with this?

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I'll be glad to check if your project file or its contents can still be recovered. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case? We'll delete it when we're done! 

    If you have other project files that you're working on, please follow the steps in this article to reduce the risks of encountering file or data corruption.
