Caption Font/syle in Rise

Hello community!

The caption feature on Rise360 is great, but is there a way to edit the way the fonts display on videos? Sometimes the words are small, with a black background. In other instances they are white without a background color, large and don't fit properly on the video. Is there a way to fix this? I usually insert a vtt. file generated from Youtube.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Rise 360 supports bold, italic, and underline formatting in caption files. All other formatting tags, such as font and font color, will be ignored.

    While we don't support this method, there might be a way to modify the appearance by editing the CSS files of the published output. Hopefully, some members of our talented community can share their suggestions here!
