Captions and Layers Not Working Properly
Hi,
I have a video with captions. At certain points, it shows two different layers as the video plays. The captions don't seem to show on one layer, but they show on the other. Any advice on what might be going on?

Just to clarify, did the video originally contain closed captioning, or did you include captioning by importing SRT, VTT, SBV, or SUB files? If you did import caption files, I'd like to share this article as a reference point.
Would it be possible for you to share the .story file in this thread or privately in a support case? I'd like to take a closer look at your setup.
