Captions not appearing when publishing as a video

I’ve built a video in Storyline and captioned it and when I publish as a video, the captions don’t appear. 
They appear when I preview in Storyline but not on the video.

How do I get them to display?

    Hi Howard! 
    Do the captions appear after clicking on the "closed captioning" button after it is published (see attachment: Closed Captioning 1)?
