Captions not showing up in Rise after attaching to video...
I've tried on a couple of videos so far today...and in both cases, I'm not seeing the captions icon in the playbar. Is this an issue with Articulate today, or is it a fluke on my end?
It's actually happening in every Rise package, even those where the captions were already added and previously confirmed. [UPDATE] I've also checked with other colleagues, and none of them are seeing captions in Rise, even in courses where captions had already been added and confirmed. Is this a global issue with Rise right now?
since some time last week at least, i have seen this. No response from support yet.
