Captions removed when audio edited?

I'm sorry to hear you're running into this. As a first step, please update to Storyline 360 Build 3.122.37508.0, which was released today, and let me know if the issue persists. In Build 3.121.37380.0, we fixed an issue where closed captions could be deleted after editing a video, so I'd like to rule out whether you're encountering something similar.
If the captions are still missing after updating, could you let me know:
- Does this happen in every project or just one?
- Do you see any error messages, or do the captions simply disappear?
