Capturing & Storing Learners' Inputs

Hello! I am working on some Storyline 360 modules for leaders of our organization. These modules will be hosted on an LMS. I want to create a page where a learner (leader) can enter his/her response to a question and also view the responses of other learners, which are available on the same page (social/peer learning). I am not very sure of this but I think it is possible through web objects.
Has anybody attempted anything similar? Could you please share how this can be accomplished using Storyline 360?
