CC Button Disappearing

I am having the same behavior -- the course is published on an LMS. Open the course, view a few slides, quit, and go back. The bookmark works correctly and I return to the last visited slide. However, the CC button is no longer displayed.
When I click the Prev button, and then click Next button, the CC button returns.

Was there a solution to this? I'm having the exact same issue.
Just updated 360, hoping that would do the job - it didn't.
