Thanks for including screenshots! I understand that only one slide isn't displaying the Closed Caption button. Are you using the same file type when importing the captions for that slide or did you enter them manually?
Have you tested the course across other browsers or even in another LMS like SCORM cloud?
I'd recommend sharing your file with our Support Engineers in a support case so that we can test the file on our end too!
