CC Player option in Rise
My video file already has closed captions added outside of Rise. Is there a way to get the player to show the cc option so learners can turn them off and on?

It looks like the video you're trying to add in your Rise 360 course already comes with embedded closed captioning. Unfortunately, there isn't any way to get Rise 360 to detect closed captioning that wasn't added through the user interface. You'll want to get a copy of your video with no closed captioning and add the closed captions in Rise 360 if you would like to give your learners the option to turn the captions on or off.
