Centering images in Rise tabs and accordians

Hi Holly,

If your images are coming up too small in the tabs, it's most likely because your images are too small. You need to have higher resolution images here for it to display properly. The higher the better. 

And a note to everyone regarding this:

My workaround has been to expand the image in question's width in Photoshop. White or transparent backgrounds will work, so long as the canvas's width is extended. Experiment with the sizes to get the one that's right for your image. 

Realistically this should be a feature. Several blocks could use it, not just the accordion block. Give the users more formatting power Articulate!

I suggest in your case though, if you are receiving these images from someone else, you can mention to them you need higher resolution images for the course to look right. The centering issue seems to be secondary for you ;)

I agree that centering images (and being able to change their size) is necessary for accordions and tabs. I can't increase my image size because I am using animated GIFs created from videos and it would make them look odd to resize them.

+1 for centering images. I've also put in a feature request for the same. 

I agree with an earlier comment, that it makes me (as a developer) look bad and that I haven't taken the time to center images, when really I don't have the ability too. 

I understand it looks different on different devices, but we only use desktop computers for our courses (and that's where/when it looks wonky being left aligned).

There just about needs to be a Reddit style feature request thumbs up for requests on the forum. Yes, another addition that would be welcome. The workaround is to make a wide image with white space either size which is forcing scaling anyway. Just adds time to a simple task.

Looks like users have been requesting the ability to centre images in Tabs in Articulate Rise for over two years, but the functionality is STILL not there - any time soon, Articulate Team?
