Change bullet color in Rise

7+ months later, and still having customer impact.  This would be a great fix.

And another vote here.  I agree with the comment above that dark backgrounds become unusable without the ability to change bullets to a lighter color.

Another vote here, it would do wonders to just make these numbers white instead of black.
