Change Marker Colours in Rise 360

Hi there! I found an old article from 5 years ago that said a feature was added that you could change the marker colour on a labeled graphic. I do not see a Marker Colour option as indicated in the article. Can this be done? My images are very light in colour and I need a marker that stands out more.
