Change quiz from multiple choice to multiple response type.

After entering the question and all the selection, I realised I chose the wrong type. I am suppose to select multiple response instead I wrong selected multiple choice. Instead of recreating...
Same problem here. After 4 years is it possible to have a solution implemented to change the question type without wasting time in re-doing and branching the slides?
