Changes to a published course in Reach 360
Hi TonyCurry-e85da,
I'm happy to help!
Once you make edits to an existing training, you can republish the project so learners see the reflected changes. Here's how:
- Select the training to access the training details.
- Select Publish Updates to open the Publish Course window.
- Review the publish settings as detailed in the previous section, making any changes as necessary.
- Select Publish.
Please note that learners won't be notified when the training is updated, so you'll have to let them know if you'd like. They'll remain enrolled in the course so no action needs to be taken there. If you have any questions, please let me know!
If additional modules are added after learners have completed the earlier modules, will their progress for those still show as completed?

Hi sp47,
Great question!
In Reach 360, completion is tracked at the course level, and once a learner has completed a course, that completion status is retained. Any newly added content will not automatically be required for those learners. Reach 360 cannot retroactively update completion status based on new content.
If your learners are required to complete those new modules, we recommend publishing an updated version of the course and reassigning it. This ensures the new content is included in their required learning and tracked appropriately.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
