Changing layout on quiz slides

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue but I'm happy to help troubleshoot! I have a few clarifying questions to help me better understand what you're seeing.
- Are you creating a new quiz or editing an older course? When I create a new quiz slide, for example, multiple-choice, I'm able to change the format of the slide without any issue.
- Does this happen with one specific file or multiple files?
- If it's happening with one file only, have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline project?
- If it's happening with multiple files, you can try a Storyline repair.
If you're comfortable sharing your .story file, I'd like to test it out to investigate further. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
