Welcome to the community 
There are a couple things that come to mind...not sure which is best for your situation.
There are some instructions and a great tutorial by David Anderson here on How to Change Scene Order
Also, you can Reset the Menu to Match the Slides. Click the Player (in the Publish group on the Home tab). When the Player Properties windows opens
- Click the Menu tab (yellow in the screen shot)
- Click the Reset from Story button (see callout in screen shot)
with my version it doesn't have that option I am looking to re-organize my scenes. any help would be appreciated
