Changing the Correct/Incorrect Layers

I think the simplest solution is to apply the Blank Feedback Master Layout to the existing Correct and Incorrect layers.
Then delete all the stuff you don't want, and insert stuff you do want.
That let's you take advantage of the built-in functionality (that is, no extra triggers needed).
