Changing the font size in accordion tab titles

Is there a way to change the font size and style in the accordion tab header?
I'm able to increase the text size for the actual content within each tab, but I never get the option for th...
I use a Unicode text converter such as at convertcase.net to generate italics text (for example) and copy/paste back into the accordion title. Unfortunately, numbers are not supported from what I have found.
