Character not getting downloaded

• When you navigate to the Insert Ribbon and select Characters, do you see the images in the Content Library? If so, is the issue occurring when you try to download a specific character, like the doctor?
• I'd like to confirm that the network endpoints are enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist.
