Characters and Poses
Is there any way to create new characters and poses? where can you find the characters to edit? what format are they in?

If you need characters beyond the set provided in the Articulate Content Library, the best option is to subscribe to another asset library.
For example, eLearningArt (https://elearningart.com/ ) has a nice selection of cut-out characters in a wide range of poses. And their pricing is quite reasonable.
Search the web, and I'm sure you'll find other options for both photographic and illustrated characters.
